We do not give refunds unless the product can't be exchanged due to no available stock for that item. If this happens a return label will be mailed to you. After receiving the label, you will then have 3 days to ship the item back to us. Failure to do so will result in no refund. Item must be returned unworn, undamaged, and still in brand new condition. You have up to 7 days after receiving your package to request an exchange for the item(s).
